Bio

Movement, colour and music, these are the primary elements that inspire me to paint. With every stroke I strive to bring these elements to life.

I was surrounded by art from an early age. As a child, I used to gravitate to my mother’s studio above our garage and watch her paint. Noticing my interest, my mother soon decided to enroll me in art classes at the École des Beaux Arts de Montréal. I eventually went on to study Art and Design at Concordia University in Montreal.

Following my studies, I landed a job working with designers in an advertising agency.  I then branched  off into the world of public relations, organizing events with a visual flair. During this time I was also closely involved with the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts.

Family life eventually took the forefront but I never lost touch with my passion for art as I continued to paint and enroll in art classes at the Westmount Visual Art Center.

I have participated in various exhibitions including shows at the Visual Arts Building of Concordia University, the Westmount Visual Art Center and the Galerie d’Art St-Ambroise.

Decades after my journey began, art has regained a central focus in my life as I share my work.
